What is a Premiere Choice Award and HighFive Award?
The Premiere Choice Award is a unique tool that is redeemed for gift cards to more than 350 retail, restaurant, travel, and entertainment options. The HighFive is a similar award valued at $5 that is redeemable for gift cards from over two dozen merchants.  Both awards allow recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.
How do the Awards work?
It's a simple process. The Award is given to the recipient, who then selects the gift cards they most desire. Awards can be ordered and redeemed easily online.
When will I receive the Award(s) I ordered?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order a few minutes after the order is submitted. The delivery method for your award (US Mail, FedEx or e-mail) will be based upon the options you selected during the ordering process. Orders up to 5,000 awards that are submitted by 2 p.m. Central time will be shipped the same business day. All other orders may not ship until the next business day.
Can the Awards be personalized?
It's up to you. If you choose to personalize the your Awards, simply add a recipient name, a custom message, and your name, company name, or logo. However, blank Awards (no recipient name on the award) are handy to have on hand for on-the-spot recognition needs.
Does the Premiere Choice Award or HighFive Award expire?
No, both Awards do not have an expiration date. However, some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire. Award recipients can call our Customer Service Consultants Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 866-601-5926 with questions.
How can I place a large order quickly?
You can upload a data file directly from your PC to our Web site in minutes using the Order Import process. Order Import is an easy way to customize the message, background pattern of awards, dollar amount, and other data field information. If you send the same style of award to recipients on a monthly or quarterly basis, we can save your file format on your account for quick and easy access when placing future orders!

Is online ordering safe?
We invoke a secure software technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), whenever you enter personal information on www.gccincentives.com to ensure that you enjoy a safe online shopping experience. The SSL software encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding and misuse of your information by unauthorized individuals.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you will be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't get access to the secure server for whatever reason, please call our Customer Service Consultants at 866-601-5926.
What denominations are available?
The Premiere Choice Award is available starting at $10, in $5 increments and HighFive Awards are of course set at the $5 denomination.
